We built what we couldn't find.
An operations platform that operators actually want to use — because correctness, speed, and reliability are not optional when you're running a business that depends on your customers trusting you.
What Mirai is
Mirai is the Omnichannel Revenue OS for beauty, wellness, and health businesses in APAC — running aesthetic clinics, salons, gyms, and F&B operations that can't afford to get it wrong.
One platform connects your WhatsApp conversations to Atlas AI orchestration, unified customer profiles, ledger-backed loyalty and vouchers, capacity-aware bookings, and attributed campaign automation — all governed by the same transactional correctness your business requires.
We started because there was no platform that combined AI orchestration, transactional correctness, and operator workflows without requiring us to duct-tape together ten different tools. We were not satisfied with any of the options on the market. So we built the one we wanted to exist.
What we believe
Correctness is not a feature
Idempotent writes, immutable audit trails, and ACID transactions are baseline requirements — not differentiators. They are what your business depends on.
AI orchestrates. The system holds truth.
Atlas handles intent classification and routing. Business state — loyalty balances, bookings, vouchers — lives in a strongly consistent store your team can always rely on.
Tenant isolation by design
Every customer's data is scoped to their organization. Cross-tenant access is prevented at the database layer, not enforced by convention.
No phantom bookings. No lost points.
If you're running a clinic, salon, or gym — you can't afford ambiguous states. Neither can we. That's why we built Mirai the way we would have wanted it as operators.
How we work
The team
We're a team of operators, engineers, and designers who have run clinics, salons, and F&B businesses — and were tired of the tools we had to use.
We started Mirai because there was no platform that combined AI orchestration, transactional correctness, and operator workflows without requiring us to duct-tape together ten different tools. We were not satisfied with any of the options on the market, so we built the one we wanted to exist.
We're growing.
If you care about building reliable infrastructure for operators, we'd like to meet you.
