Is Mirai a chatbot builder?
No. Mirai is not a chatbot builder. Atlas AI detects customer intent and retrieves your business knowledge to decide the correct action. The system of record — loyalty balances, bookings, vouchers, customer profiles — lives in a strongly consistent data store. AI orchestrates; the platform executes.
How does Mirai handle data isolation between tenants?
Mirai follows a strict multi-tenant architecture where each organization's data is scoped and isolated at the database level. Tenant context is server-derived, never client-supplied. Cross-tenant access is architecturally prevented.
What is the human-in-the-loop (HITL) feature?
When Atlas cannot confidently resolve a customer's request, or when a customer requests a human, the conversation is handed off to your team via a unified operator inbox. Context is preserved across the transition — the operator sees the full conversation history and customer state without asking the customer to repeat themselves.
