Permitted use

Use Mirai for lawful business operations and approved customer communication flows.

Operator responsibility

Customers are responsible for workspace users, customer consent, message content, and regulatory obligations.

Service boundaries

AI may assist workflows, but Mirai does not promise unsupported autonomous payment execution or unrestricted agent action.

Plan changes

Subscription and billing changes are managed through the Operator dashboard or an agreed sales-assisted path.
